Penny Raper, RDA Being the Daughter of a Dentist, Penny has been around dentistry all of her life. She is currently an assistant to Dr. James Fleming, but she has worked in all areas of the dental office, including a crown and bridge lab. Because each day and every patient is unique, she still finds the job to be both rewarding and exciting. She loves her job and her patients and tries to make every patient feel as comfortable as possible, while maintaining an open door policy. Penny is originally from Amory, Mississippi and attended The University of Mississippi and Mississippi State where she was a Delta Gamma of the Alpha Psi Chapter.
